The Countdown Is On: My Final Stretch Before the Big Day
I can’t believe I’m saying this, but my big day is almost here! Every detail is coming together — and while there are a few butterflies, I feel more excited than ever.
From Pause to Progress: Confessions of a Bride Who’s Starting Fresh
It's me, Page — back from the quiet.
Not with a dramatic comeback. Not with a "look how perfect everything is now" post. Just me. Re-entering the rhythm of fitness, life, and wedding planning… a little slower, a little softer, and a lot more honest.
If you’ve ever stepped away from something that once made you feel strong — and then wondered how to return — this one’s for you.
From “I’m Progressing” to “I Went Quiet”: Confessions of a Bride Who Needed a Break
Here’s my honest confession: I didn’t give up. I just needed a break. From the tracking. From the posting. From trying to do all the things perfectly.

From “I Do” to “I Didn’t”: Confessions of a Fitness Procrastinator
Hey there, fellow bride-to-be!
Remember me? Page Wilson, your friendly neighborhood M&A lawyer turned reluctant gym-goer? Yeah, the one who was all gung-ho about starting her bridal fitness journey back in... wait, was it really six months ago? Oh boy.
So, it's October now. The leaves are changing, pumpkin spice is in the air, and you might be wondering, "Page, what happened to that consultation with Bridal Fitness Coach you were so nervous about?"
Well, grab a (protein?) shake and let me spill the tea.
The Bridal Fitness Journey of Page Wilson: A New Chapter Begins
Dear Readers,
My name is Page Wilson; I'm 30 years old. I live in the vibrant city of San Francisco, a place I'm proud to call home. I work in Environmental Law. Currently, I'm expanding my horizons by working towards my MBA at SFU, embracing every challenge and opportunity that comes my way.
Last Saturday, my life took an exciting turn—I got engaged to my incredible boyfriend of 10 years! We’re planning a Spring 2025 wedding. We don’t have a firm date yet, but we are aiming for May. Although I’m ecstatic, admittedly, I’m nervous about some things.
