About Bridal Fitness Coach

Founder, Bridal Fitness Coach

The Bridal Fitness Coach Story

I founded Bridal Fitness Coach in 2009 after recognizing a gap in the fitness industry. Brides were preparing for one of the most photographed days of their lives using generic programs not designed around a wedding timeline.

There was no structured, wedding-focused coaching model.

So I created one.

Before moving to San Francisco, I worked in Texas recruiting and managing professional basketball players. That experience shaped the disciplined, performance-driven approach that defines Bridal Fitness Coach today.

Since then, we’ve helped hundreds of brides prepare with confidence. Many have continued training long after their weddings — some returning through pregnancy and beyond.

This is not a downloadable program.
It is not a one-size-fits-all template.

It is guided coaching built around:

  • Your wedding date

  • Your schedule

  • Your specific goals

  • Ongoing accountability
