The Countdown Is On: My Final Stretch Before the Big Day

Hi friends — it’s Page again!

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but my big day is almost here! Every detail is coming together — and while there are a few butterflies, I feel more excited than ever.

Dress Fitting

I recently went for my wedding dress fitting at Janene’s Bridal in San Francisco, and honestly, it was one of those “wow, this is really happening” moments.

Standing there in front of the mirror, surrounded by lace, soft lighting, and that classic bridal buzz, I couldn’t stop smiling. The dress fits perfectly — not because I’ve been chasing perfection, but because I’ve been taking care of myself.

It was such a full-circle feeling: every early workout, every healthy choice, every little mindset shift — it all added up to this. I didn’t just feel beautiful in the gown… I felt proud.

The amazing team at Janene’s made the experience even more special. They were so encouraging and patient, helping me feel calm and confident throughout the fitting. If you’re a bride in the Bay Area, I can’t recommend them enough — it’s such a warm, welcoming place to find your dream dress.

Feeling Strong, Confident, and Ready

I’ve been training with Bridal Fitness Coach here in San Francisco, and I can truly say this journey has changed how I see fitness — and myself.

When I first started, I thought I was preparing just for the wedding. But somewhere along the way, I started moving because I loved how it made me feel: stronger, steadier, and so much more confident.

Tammy and the Bridal Fitness Coach team have been my biggest supporters, cheering me on through every phase. My workouts have become a kind of therapy — a space to reset, recharge, and celebrate progress, no matter how small.

Now, as I step into my dress and see how it hugs in all the right places, I feel that quiet satisfaction that comes from knowing I’ve done the work — not to change myself, but to honor myself.

Our San Francisco Celebration

We’ll be celebrating our wedding at the Julia Morgan Ballroom, one of the most stunning venues in downtown San Francisco. The grand architecture, sparkling chandeliers, and panoramic city views create such a timeless atmosphere — it’s everything I dreamed of.

When I first walked into the ballroom, I could instantly picture it: our friends and family, the music, the laughter, the love. I felt so grateful to be in this city, surrounded by people and places that make life feel beautiful.

A Note to Other Brides

If you’re a bride planning your big day — especially here in the San Francisco area — my best advice is this: take time to celebrate how far you’ve come.

Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or deep into wedding planning, remember that this season is about you. Work with people who make you feel seen and supported (like Tammy and the team at Bridal Fitness Coach), and give yourself permission to enjoy every step of the process.

Because when that moment finally arrives — when you step into your dress, take a deep breath, and see yourself glowing back in the mirror — you’ll realize it was never just about the wedding. It was about becoming the woman you were meant to be. 💫

With love and excitement,

XOXO,
