If your medical professional has cleared you for exercise, then working with a personal coach can be highly beneficial for preventing or managing many common chronic conditions and injuries. Your coach will design safe, effective workouts that meet your specific needs.

Tammy personally hand-picks each of our coaches. She looks all over the world for coaches who are not only the best at what they do but who also understand the specific needs of brides. Most of our coaches have been brides themselves!

Absolutely! Many of our brides are still clients. We've had the privilege of watching their families grow. We've even trained many of them during their pregnancies.

No. You do not need a gym membership or additional equipment. Your customized training program will be designed around your workout location and accessible equipment. If it is determined you are in need of additional equipment to achieve your goals, recommendations will be made.

Not at all! Bridal Fitness Coach is international. We work with brides worldwide in Africa, the Americas, Asia, Australia, Oceania, and Europe.
Coaching, Training & Support

Each exercise has step-by-step instructions and a demonstration video.

All communication takes place directly within the Bridal Fitness Coach app. You’ll meet with your coach weekly via in-app video call to review progress and update your plan. Between calls, you can message your coach anytime through the app. Most messages are answered within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Your coach monitors your workouts through the Dashboard and Calendar in the app to track progress and consistency. For form feedback, you can upload exercise videos directly in the app for review, or receive live corrections during your weekly in-app video call.

You and your coach can measure your progress in a variety of ways, such as:
– Weight
– Body Fat Percentage
– Body Measurements
In addition, you can upload regular progress photos to the app. These will allow you and your coach to see your visual improvements. (These photos are kept private between you and your coach.)

Your coach will train you live via video call using the Bridal Fitness Coach App.

Of course! You can reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before your session starts, no questions asked.

You will keep track of your training sessions on the Dashboard of the Bridal Fitness Coach App.

Sessions reload every 4 weeks and include a built-in expiration period to support consistency and results.
4-session plans: expire after 10 weeks
8-session plans: expire after 18 weeks

Scheduling, Travel & Flexibility

The program is designed to travel with you. Your workouts, coaching, and communication all happen inside the app, so you can stay consistent whether you’re at home, traveling for work, or away for wedding events. Your coach can also adjust your workouts based on available equipment or time.

Most clients train 1-3 times per week, depending on their goals, schedule, and wedding timeline. Your coach will recommend a training frequency that supports results while fitting realistically into your lifestyle.

Very flexible. Your training plan is customized around your availability, and workouts can be completed on your own time. Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance, and your coach can adjust your plan as your schedule changes.
Membership, Billing & Policies

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account on the web version of The Bridal Fitness Coach App, navigating to My Purchases, and clicking on Cancel Auto-renew. Once you cancel, you will no longer get charged. You will still have access to the Bridal Fitness Coach App and support from your coach until the end of your current payment period.

Billing is handled automatically through the Bridal Fitness Coach app. Memberships are billed on a recurring basis every 4 weeks unless otherwise specified. Your payment method on file will be charged at the start of each billing cycle.
You can manage your membership, billing details, or cancellation according to our policy inside your account.
